Where are you supposed to include your salary history and requirements when you e-mail your resume?
You don't unless you are requested to do so in the advertisement. If that is the request, you place your answer for expected salary in the body of your cover letter/email.
Reply:Bottom of the resume. Don't include your salary history, just state your expectations, and be realistic.
