How do I prevent someone from forwarding on an e-mail and attachment that I send to them?

I am trying to prevent some of my e-mail recipients from forwarding on and copying some information that I send to them via e-mail. any help?

Thats really not possible. The unfortunate thing about digital information is that its impossible to prevent its duplication.
Reply:Once you send your email to someone, they control it. They can delete, save, forward etc.
