How do you send an e-mail to multiple addresses without the recipients being able to see the other addresses?

I think I remember hearing about this; is it possible?

How do you send an e-mail to multiple addresses without the recipients being able to see the other addresses?
Almost all email programs have a "BCC"option, which stands for Blind CC. If you paste all the addresses into the BCC box, instead of the usual To or CC boxes, none of the recipients will be able to see each other's email addresses. In my Yahoo mail it says "show BCC" at the far right of the "To" box. You can click on this to bring up the BCC box.
Reply:BCC means Blind Carbon Copy
Reply:Use the BLIND COPY option. Under the area where you can send "CC" carbon copy, you have the option to "BCC", which is blind copy. This hides all of the addresses...
Reply:Yes, U add those addresses to BCC also known as Blank Carbon Copy!! The recipient will only be able to see his/her address and wouldn't know whom else it was sent to!!
Reply:mark them as "BCC"
Reply:Just list all the multiple recipients under the BCC (blind carbon copy) box. You may still have to list at least one person in the TO box. I normally just use my own email address in the TO box.

Good luck!
Reply:Rather than using the "to:" field or the "cc:" field, use the "bcc:" field.
Reply:its called BCC (blind carbon copy) and this allows the recipient to only see their address on the email even if a load of addresses are present

EG in outlook click the arrow next to the options menu when in a NEW MESSAGE, then click BCC. There should be an additional box to type email addresses into
Reply:As far as I know, that's not possible. But someone else may be able to help.....
Reply:yes, send the e-mail to those addresses using the bcc choice (Blind Carbon Copy) so no 1 will know who this e-mail was sent to!
