How do i decode an e-mail attachment which is encoded in another language,back to english. ?

I received a mail with an attachment in it but in downloading it,i discovered it was encoded in a language i could not understand.How do i decode it back to a readable form.English to be precise.

You could try this site, just follow instructions, but first Google search a word from your e-mail to see what language comes up...then select that from the drop down list..
