How do you unblock an e-mail address from the spam list?

When I go in to unblock an address and press remove then press save changes a message in the upper right hand corner says "error has occurred" and won't remove the address.

How do you unblock an e-mail address from the spam list?
Go into your spam mail then put a check mark beside the email you want to sho up in your inbox then click not spam.
