How do I copy my e-mail addresses from "contacts" onto a word file without getting columns and rows?

I want to send a list of e-mail addresses to my director for her to mail out an invitation.

How do I copy my e-mail addresses from "contacts" onto a word file without getting columns and rows?
Goto contacts in email.


Click export. save it as .csv file.
