When I click on an e-mail link on a web page that uses the mailto: tag, my PC opens my default e-mail program (Outlook Express) How can I change this so that I switch to Yahoo Mail with the mailto address as the send address?

If you're using Internet Explorer you can select your default mail under
extras/internet options/programs
I think you need Internet Explorer 7 and have the yahoo messenger installed, and the selection yahoo! mail should appear in the list.
