How do I know when someone has read my e-mail I sent to them?

I know that AOL use to have a feature that would notify you when someone opened %26amp; read the e-mail you sent them. Do they still have this feature? (I have a "free" account with them currently.) If not, is there any other e-mail service that offers this feature?

How do I know when someone has read my e-mail I sent to them?
Aol still does that but just so you know its only with other aol members. I dont think any email service can know about another email if they got it or not
Reply:If you had outlook you could check off a "read receipt" as well as a "delivery receipt".
