How does one forward an e-mail and remove the long list of addresses that are on a forwarded message?

I would like to be able to forward just the text of e-mails that are forwarded to me and omit the long list of names/addresses that are part of most forwarded messages.

How does one forward an e-mail and remove the long list of addresses that are on a forwarded message?
You need to highlight the information you want to forward...then go to EDIT, click COPY, next goto MAIL and click Compose...click in the body of the email page, next go back to EDIT, click, PASTE....only the part that you highlighted should be in the body now...continue addressing the new email and FORWARD it on....
Reply:I've found that on Yahoo, you can't just hit forward, because you then lose the editing capability. The best thing is to hit reply, then delete what you want, and delete the address you received it from
Reply:Either copy and paste the contents that you want to send into a new e-mail, or, hit forward and then hi-light what you don't want to send and erase(delete) it.
Reply:Click on forward as usual --(that reactivates the message) --and highlight all those previous addresses

and then press the delete key on the keyboard--- and they're gone in a flash. Send as usual
