How Do you begin a new line or paragraph when writing an e-mail from a cell phone?

I often check my e-mail via cell phone when I am not able to get to a computer. I also respond to these e-mails via my cell phone (especially when it relates to this fantasy baseball league I run). However, I havn't been able to figure out how to begin a new line or paragraph, particularly when I want to write on separate lines:

How Do you begin a new line or paragraph when writing an e-mail from a cell phone?
Go - insert symbol option and select the [Enter Symbol ] *Looks same as inter symbol on keyboard.





(Select Menu -%26gt; Insert Symbol) or Press (1) or (# or * Key).
