How do I copy and paste pictures from My Documents into an e-mail without attaching the picture?

Everytime I try to do it, it won't let me copy it on Documents. I'll right click on the picture, and copy will come up, and then when I go to paste it on the e-mail, it won't let me. But, when I post pictures on Facebook or something, and I click copy and go to the e-mail and paste, it will let me. How do I do this?

If you are using Outlook or Outlook Express, you MUST be using Formatted messages to include a photo or graphic. Start by going to the FORMAT menu to see if it is a formatted message.

Then use the INSERT menu and pick PICTURE. Browse the folders until you find the one that you want to insert.

Good luck and Happy Computing!
