How do I keep my e-mail from receiving e-mails from websites about dating or porn/?

I don't want mail from websites about porn,black's or dating.How can I stop these from getting to my mailbox

How do I keep my e-mail from receiving e-mails from websites about dating or porn/?
Just mark them spam every time they come in. If you can see the address then from the inbox over to the right click Options, then Mail Options. On the next page over to the left click Blocked Addresses. Then just type the addresses in the box and click ADD. If you put your email address out on certain sites it will get picked up.
